The lessons provided by instructor Sara Beccari are suitable for everyone, including beginners, and can be alternated with functional free-body training classes.

Booking is required for participation. Classes are limited to a maximum of 8 people.

Each class member must bring their own mat and sign a self-certification form confirming that they have not been diagnosed with the Covid-19 virus or are suffering from any other respiratory illness, and that their body temperature is under 37.5°C.

 

Access to the lessons requires the completion of a self-certification form, in observance of the measures adopted by the Italian Government in order to combat the spead of the Covid-19 virus

Ashtanga Yoga

 

Ashtanga Yoga is a dynamic form of exercise, a meditation in movement which massages and reinforces the abdomen, improves core strength and the flexibility of your hips. It is a type of exercise which is suited to all who are willing to move their bodies and show perseverance and dedication. The participants will be delighted to see how their bodies are strengthened and more flexible, but more importantly that their mind is calmer and their ability to concentrate has increased.

 

The course

The lessons last 1 hour and take place in the OFFICINA area of B8 (entrance at Via delle Cascine 33).

In order to participate you will need to bring a yoga mat, and wear gym shoes and suitable sportswear.
