The Origami Cup Italia lands in Italy for the first time, bringing to Florence one of the most popular filter coffee competitions on the international scene. The event will gather 27 competitors from all over Italy, alongside professionals, brands, and specialty coffee enthusiasts.
Throughout the day, participants will face off in three-person rounds, brewing their best filter coffees in the hope of winning the title of Italian Origami Cup Champion. The competition aims to promote the culture of filter coffee, celebrating technique, sensitivity, and creativity in an open and inclusive environment.
