Liberatoria per l'utilizzo dell'immagine
Dear Participant,
Manifattura Tabacchi S.p.A. (hereinafter referred to MT), in the events and/or communication activities that it organizes within the Manifattura, it may use its image in the context of audiovisual content to the terms and conditions specified in the “Terms and conditions for participation in events”, as well as in the release document below.
Personal data – your image, voice and eventually also your name – will be processed in compliance with the EU Regulation 679/2016 (hereinafter referred to as “Regulation”). By “event” we mean any event organized by MT with the involvement of your person in which audiovisual material will be produced that may also include your image and your name.
To this end, the Participant, after having read in its entirety the information enclosed with the present:
1. It grants the right to use free of charge or to exploit economically, its own image (including the characteristic elements of the same), alone or possibly in conjunction with your own voice, as well as your name in order to create an audiovisual content (“Content”). This right is limited to the single event in which it participates, free of charge and without limits of time and place, in favor of MT, also pursuant to art. 10 c.c. and of the articles 96 and 97 of Law 633/1941 and any other legislation regulating the granting of rights to exploit personal image, name and portrait to which the grantor may be subject.
2. Recognizes that:
a. the Content may be transmitted via the company intranet, the MT website as well as on the social network channels/pages and therefore without territorial limits;
b. the Content may also be reproduced on printed paper and/or by any other means of dissemination, present and future, also authorizing MT to keep the Content, in whole or in part, in the relative computer and/or paper files within the indicated time limits in the informative;
waives to ask MT for any compensation for the exploitation of its rights in relation to the Content and its possible elaborations; and renounces to move to MT any disputes relating to the use of the Content or elaborations unless such use damages the personal dignity and the decorum.
3. By clicking on this form, you agree to the processing of personal data as indicated in the informative note.
4. If the Participant intends to be present at the event with children and or children under the age of 16, the consent given below is understood to be made also pursuant to art. 8 EU Reg. 2016/679.
If the Participant does not want to be photographed/video-filmed, he/she must send express consent revocation.
The withdrawal of consent precludes the possibility of participating in the event.
