Ecoalf is a Spanish brand founded in 2009, with the vision of eliminating the careless use of natural resources to ensure that future generations can continue to benefit from them. Since then, Ecoalf’s mission has been to create a new generation of recycled products with the same quality and design as the best non-recycled ones.
Over the last 15 years, through innovation and research and development, Ecoalf has developed more than 600 recycled and innovative fabrics by recycling over 300 million plastic bottles, tons of discarded fishing nets, used tyres, post-industrial cotton and wool… saving more than 54 billion litres of water and 12,500 tons of CO2, committing to zero emissions by 2030.

With a strong commitment to circularity, around 70% of its collections are mono-material to prevent textile waste. In 2015, through the Ecoalf Foundation, Ecoalf launched the “Upcycling the Oceans” project. Born off the coast of Spain, it is now a global initiative aimed at removing marine litter from the seabed and putting it back into the system, thanks to the collective effort of more than 4,000 fishermen who have recovered over 1,700 tons of waste.

For every “BECAUSE THERE IS NO PLANET B®” item sold, 10% is donated to the Ecoalf Foundation to contribute to the expansion of the project. Every €1 donated allows us to remove 600 grams of marine litter.
Since 2018, Ecoalf has been a proud member of the B-Corp community. In 2022, we were recognised as “Best for the World”, placing Ecoalf among the top 5% of the 5,000 B Corps worldwide. Ecoalf operates in over 1,300 multibrand stores worldwide and has flagship stores in cities such as Madrid, Barcelona, Paris, Milan and Tokyo.
