Bulli & Balene | Florence Cocktail Week

On the occasion of the upcoming edition of Florence Cocktail Week, Bulli & Balene brings two events to Manifattura Tabacchi that interpret mixology at different times of the day, balancing experimentation and sociality.

Friday 17th April, from 19.00 to 22.00, COWBULLI: an evening designed to weave together signature cocktails and cicchetti in a dynamic and social atmosphere. Guest Julian Biondi, among the founders of Fermenthinks, will bring his approach and energy to the event. Complimentary cocktails for those who purchase from Captain Santors and Blues Barber, along with a selection of cigars curated by Club Amici del Toscano. The evening will be accompanied by a DJ set by Marco Fiorucci.

Saturday 18th April the rhythm shifts with MORNING GLORY, from 10.30 to 12.30. An invitation to start the day with breakfast, music, and a wellness cocktail developed together with Baldoria Vermouth and Legend Kombucha, with Simone Sassoli on the decks.

Two different ways to experience Manifattura, following the rhythm of the city, from evening to morning.
