On September 13th, Ana Lua Caiano will perform at Manifattura Tabacchi as part of Fabbrica Europa 2026.
A Portuguese singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist born in Lisbon in 1999, Ana Lua Caiano combines traditional Portuguese music with electronic sounds, hip hop and songwriting. Performing as a one-woman band, she uses a loop station, synthesizers and percussion.
Following her acclaimed debut album Vou Ficar Neste Quadrado (2024), in 2026 she released the single Uma Vida A Menos and announced her second album, due out in November. Her new live show combines drum machines, field recordings and reinterpretations of traditional folk music, addressing urgent social issues through a progressive and unconventional approach.
