Berberè is the brand of artisanal sourdough pizza founded in Bologna in 2010 by Matteo and Salvatore Aloe.

Berberè is a pizza made with semi-whole wheat flours and topped with fresh ingredients, light and delicious. Soft on the inside and crispy on the outside, it promotes conviviality through a simple idea: it is sliced into eight wedges to encourage sharing.
In Florence, it can be found in two different locations, in the central neighborhoods of Santa Croce and San Frediano.
