The event is part of “Sabato in Bottega”, the monthly appointment at Bottega Biologica dedicated to exploring producers and topics related to organic farming and sustainability. It is an opportunity to approach, with greater awareness, what lies behind every product.
On this occasion, three wines selected for the new spring and summer wine list will be presented: three different regions, a single tasting journey to discover them together.
The tasting will be led by Francesca Elli, oenologist and winemaker, who will guide participants through a journey across organic production, territorial identity, and mindful tasting.
