Ashtanga Yoga is a dynamic form of exercise, a meditation in movement which massages and reinforces the abdomen, improves core strength and the flexibility of your hips. It is a type of exercise which is suited to all who are willing to move their bodies and show perseverance and dedication. The participants will be delighted to see how their bodies are strengthened and more flexible, but more importantly that their mind is calmer and their ability to concentrate has increased.
The lessons provided by instructor Sara Beccari are suitable for everyone, including beginners, and can be alternated with functional free-body training classes.
The lessons last 1 hour and take place in the FESTA area of B9 (entrance at Via delle Cascine 33).
In order to participate you will need to bring a yoga mat, and wear gym shoes and suitable sportswear.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of the lesson and give the instructor €5 to cover the cost of the lesson (if possible, in exact change).
