VIVIDO, Spirits and Fun, is a space for gastronomic and musical entertainment in the heart of Manifattura Tabacchi, in building B11, open every day as a bakery and gastronomy, and from Thursday to Saturday from aperitivo time until late at night.

VIVIDO is vibrancy, movement, and light. Its goal is to make days and evenings shine, to make people feel good, to evoke emotions, and to create joyful atmospheres. It changes its appearance according to desires and moments: welcoming and peaceful during the day, sparkling in the evening. It is precisely this dual nature, calm and sparkling, quiet and in motion, that makes VIVIDO a different kind of place.

Every aspect of VIVIDO is designed to create balance and harmony, to integrate into the soul of Manifattura and become a unique venue: the design of the spaces and communication in the venue, the musical programming, the cocktail menu, and the food menu all belong to the same universe.

It’s about food: every day, 7 days a week, the bakery and gastronomy area is open where you can have breakfast, lunch, snack, and savor delicacies. The menu and the gastronomy offer can satisfy even the most demanding palates, with simplicity and the quality of raw materials. The bakery area is curated by Pòstò Prato, which, in its DNA and experience, has this type of hospitality, always accompanied by a smile.

But VIVIDO doubles, transforms, becomes larger, to welcome customers on Thursdays from 7:00 pm and on Fridays and Saturdays from 8:00 pm, starting with the aperitivo, which is served as a buffet (with a classic Tuscan tradition atmosphere), then moving through an informal dinner, including pizza, and finally reaching after-dinner and some small treats.

It’s Spirits and Cocktails because, thanks to a great focus on the mixology world, you can try the ever-changing creations of bartenders for a truly unique journey that starts from the heart of the venue, the bar counter. From aperitivo to after-dinner, the Cocktail bar features both the classics and the latest trendy creations.

It’s Music & Fun: every evening brings a different vibe. VIVIDO’s artistic director works to offer new musical experiences, alternating or combining DJ sets with live performances, from aperitivo onwards. Diverse, engaging, and unique, the evenings light up with a special glow.
