For the real estate redevelopment of the complex that housed the Manifattura Tabacchi in Florence, a joint venture was established between Gruppo Cassa Depositi e Prestiti, through its subsidiary Cdp Immobiliare, and Gruppo Aermont, an independent investment management fund specializing in real estate and related activities, responsible for managing the development.

The company in charge of operationally managing the activities is Manifattura Placemakers, which has its offices within the Manifattura and can count on a growing team that is rapidly launching the various processes — both from a structural and architectural standpoint, and from a social, cultural, and community/prospective-customer engagement standpoint.
