LOSTUDIOESSE | WOMEN IN MOVEMENT

On Sunday 8th March, on the occasion of International Women’s Day, LOSTUDIOESSE presents a double event dedicated to women. WOMEN IN MOVEMENT, the Open Day designed for women who wish to discover the Pilates method. The programme includes several small-group sessions, mini classes and free classes to try different disciplines, from reformer to springboard and matwork.

The Atelier also invites you to take part in a unique experience designed exclusively for those who are already part of its community: a Sound Bath Experience, a deep relaxation and passive meditation session through instrumental vibrations, created to explore a new way of moving.
