l'armonia

Chiara Gambirasio lives and works in Milano and Bergamo. Her artistic research spans multiple disciplines and is unified by the visual concept of codifying reality through color. Gambirasio defines this practice with the word ‘Kenoscromìa’, a chromatic vibration in or of the void. Her focus is on points of color that appear to ‘intrude’ upon reality. Through the images she creates, Gambirasio transforms these color points into multidimensional perspective fulcrums.

Gambirasio studied at the Accademia di Belle Arti di Brera (Milano). Formerly a competitive swimmer, she works both as a personal health and nutritional consultant and as an artist. She was the assistant to photographer Attilio Maranzano and the artist Remo Salvadori. Her most important exhibitions include: Ospedale San Giuseppe (Milano, 2016), No.Place.Space (Suzzara, 2016 – Santo Stefano di Magra 2018), Darsi Tempo, Galleria Building (Milano, 2018) Museo Botanico A.Josz (Milano, 2019), www.corpisulpalco.com (online, 2020), and MMSU – Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art (Rijeka, 2020).
