Bulli&Balene

A Bistrot that was born in Piazza della Passera in Florence with the aim of launching an innovative restaurant into the Florentine scene. The idea came from a desire to deliver a new take on the world of the Venetian bacaro, a place where the straightforward culinary expression of local tradition is combined with true gourmet goodies, guaranteeing a selection of first choice products with an attractive aesthetic.

Bulli & Balene runs the bistro inside B9, which is open all day, until midnight. You will be able to sample excellent spritzes and selected wines, as well as recipes including cicchetti and tramezzini, the result of an in-depth study into the deep knowledge contained in Venetian techniques.
