Towards the end of 1937 the buildings of the third site were nearing completion, and construction started on the fourth site for the last three buildings: the Thermal Plant, the Workshops and the Warehouse for finished products.

Building 7, used as a warehouse and built over four floors with a slight curvilinear convex pattern, faces the Piazza dell’Orologio and overlooks the General Management and the Offices. On the front, there is a large low-relief with an allegorical subject matter by the sculptor Francesco Coccia. At the base of the low-relief you can see the words: To you, heroic working mothers.
